AI – Opportunities and Barriers for Artists with Disabilities at kaethe:k

In a public discussion at kaethe:k Kunsthaus, we are exploring the opportunities and barriers of AI for artists with disabilities.

During a workshop at kaethe:k Kunsthaus, possibilities of AI-based text and image programs for the artistic work processes of artists with disabilities were explored. The results are now placed in a larger context though a discussion askind: How can AI support the artistic work of artists with disabilities? What potential does AI offer for more self-determination? What are the challenges and barriers of AI and what steps still need to be taken to improve opportunities for participation in cultural and artistic processes?
